1. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 29.09.2022, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant, and hence, the matter was

directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today, though

the matter is under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no

representation on behalf of the appellant.

2. In the above circumstances, we have no other option but to

dismiss the writ appeal for want of prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the Writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs. All pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
