09. 01.11.2022 MGR, J & SV, J IA.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed to set aside the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.989936/CPR&RD/A1/2021 dated 15.12.2021 issued basing on Clause 6(h) of Memo No.9940/SPF&MC/2015 dated 07.08.2017 and to include the names of the petitioners in the final seniority list for promotion by considering their earlier services in the State of Telangana on par with the other similarly appointed officers in view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 1996(1) SCC 524 and 2003(8) SCC 714 and the judgment of this Court in WPNo.17258 of 2020 pending disposal of the writ petition.

The prayer in the main writ petition and this application is one and the same. Unless the matter is adjudicated on merits, the interim prayer cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
