It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that in identical circumstances, the learned Single Judge of this Court allowed W.P.No.16218 of 2019 and batch vide order dated 01.04.2021 and aggrieved by the said judgment, the State filed Writ Appeal.No.336 of 2021 and batch and the Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay.
