counsel for the applicants/appellants, stating that he has received instructions

from the applicants/appellants to withdraw this case. Today, when the matter

is taken up, learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this

Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2017, which is an application for condonation

of delay in filing the appeal, as well as the writ appeal are dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Other pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall
