There shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree, dated 12.11.2021, in O.S.No.396 of 2011 on the file of the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, subject to the petitioners/appellants depositing 50% of the decretal amount together with interest and costs within a period of four (4) weeks from today in default, the stay stands vacated.
