                         This petition is filed to grant stay of all
                    further   proceedings    to     the   decree     and
                    judgment in O.S.No.222 of 2015 on the file IV
                    Additional District Judge, Kakinada.
                         Learned counsel for the respondents

sought time to file counter. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass interim order. Meanwhile, as the trial Court has passed decree directing partition of the suit schedule properties, it is appropriate to stay only passing of final decree and the rest of the proceeding should go on in the final decree.

As such, post the matter after eight (8) weeks. Meanwhile, stay of passing final decree is granted while the rest of the proceedings in the final decree application may go on, if filed.
