There shall be stay of operation of the decree and judgment in O.S.No.274 of 2011 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge cum IV Additional District Judge, Guntur on the condition of the petitioner depositing 50% of the E.P. amount in E.P.No.607 of 2019 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge cum IV Additional District Judge, Guntur within eight (08) weeks from today before the execution court, failing which this order shall be deemed cancelled.
