JUDGMENT:-

      The petitioner in person has not appeared.

      Sri K.M.R.Bala Prasad, learned counsel representing Sri

P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. for the

respondents, is present.

The matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

On 11.07.2022, the following order was passed:-

"Vide order dated 19.04.2022, on the death of the petitioner‟s counsel notice was issued to the petitioner. As per the office report, notice has been served to the petitioner.

No representation from petitioner inspite of the name of the petitioner having been printed in the cause list.

However, in the interest of Justice to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to make representation, list on 22.07.2022 under the caption „for dismissal‟."

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is no

longer interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
