        CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.915 of 2016


JUDGMENT:-


        This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order,

dated 31.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.1799 of 2015 in I.A.No.372 of

2013 in O.S.No.19 of 2013 on the file of learned Judge, Family

Court     -cum      III    Additional     District   Judge,   Vizianagaram,

whereby the petition filed by the appellant with a prayer to

detain the respondent in Civil Prison for a period of 30 days by

invoking the provision under Order XXXIX Rule 2A and Section

151 of CPC for violating status quo orders was ordered to be

called along with the main suit.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Saranu

Phani Teja, learned counsel representing Sri Venkateswara Rao

Gudapati, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that

O.S.No.19 of 2013 was decreed on 30.01.2022 and hence, no

cause survives for further adjudication and this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall

stand closed.
