ORDER:-


        This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to

declare the action of the 5th respondent in refusing the document after giving

P. No. 24/2022 vide refusal order dated 11.04.2022 in respect of land

admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.54 cents in Survey number 4N situated at

Veerapuram Village Gummagatta Mandal, Anantapur District though land

was assigned prior to 1954 simply referring that, the above property is

indicates Prohibited property under Section 22 (1)(a) of Registration Act

without assigning any reasons as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional

violative of provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and violative of G.O.Ms.No.575

dated 16.11.2018 Revenue Assigned-I Department and setaside the same and

consequently to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to receive and admit the

sale deed in respect of the above said land for registration and release the

same.

2. At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioner, learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue fairly conceded that the issue

involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated

21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16459 of 2022.

3. Since the dispute is covered by the judgment of this Court dated

21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16459 of 2022, this Writ Petition

is also disposed of, in terms of order in 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in

W.P.No.16459 of 2022. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16459 of 2022 to this order.
