JUDGMENT:

The matter was listed before this Court for the first time on

30.06.2022. There was no representation on either side. On

07.07.2022, also there was no representation for the appellant.

Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "for

dismissal".

Even today i.e., on 14.07.2022, there was no representation

on both sides, despite the matter being listed under the caption

"for dismissal".

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs.
