JUDGMENT:

Sri K.Srinivasu, learned counsel, representing Sri G.L.V.Ramana

Murthy, learned counsel for the appellants, brought to the notice of this Court

that the learned counsel for the appellants has filed withdrawal memo before

the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the appeal suit.

The said memo is placed on record.

Permission accorded.

In view of the same, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, if any, pending shall stand closed. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
