03. 08.07.2022 KSR, J Heard Sri. S. Satya Prakash, learned Senior Counsel and Sri S. Vardarajulu chetti. In view of the following substantial questions of law:

a. Both the courts erred in appreciating the evidence placed by the Defendant No.1 and 2/Appellant No.1 and 2 herein and came to erroneous conclusion against the Defendant No.1 and 2/Appellant No.1 and 2 herein.

b. The Court below erred in determining the Appeal Suit No. 100/2017 and I.A.No83/2022 in Appeal Suit No.100/2017 together and simultaneously by rendering common judgment taking

to agitate against the orders passed in I.A.No.83/2022 in Appeal Suit No.100/2017.

Admit the Second Appeal.
