JUDGMENT:-

      No representation from the side of the petitioners.

      On      09.09.2021,   23.09.2021,   07.10.2021,   08.11.2021,

12.11.2021, 12.04.2022 and 01.07.2022 also there was no

representation and consequently on 01.07.2022, the order was

passed to list on 08.07.2022 i.e. today under the caption 'for

dismissal'.

      Today also, there is no representation from the side of the

petitioners, though Sri K.M.R.Bala Prasad, learned counsel

representing Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for

A.P.S.R.T.C for the respondents is present.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in

prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
