JUDGMENT:-

There was no representation on either side on 30.06.2022.

Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "for

dismissal".

Despite, the matter being listed under the caption, "for

dismissal", today i.e., on 07.07.2022, there is no representation

on behalf of the appellant, both in the forenoon as well as in the

afternoon. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution, accordingly. No costs.
