         THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI

                  CRIMINAL APPEAL No.401 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

Sri Ashok, learned counsel representing Sri Sivaji

Rachamanti, learned counsel for the appellant/A-1, would

submit that the appellant died while undergoing sentence in

the jail.

Learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor, on

instructions, also endorsed the same.

Recording the above submission, the criminal appeal is

dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications

shall stand closed.
