                and    Mr.    Venkateswara         Rao   Gudapati,
                learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

2. Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2020 has been filed by the appellant for staying all further proceedings arising out of the judgment and decree under appeal.

3. Interlocutory Application No.2 of 2020 has been filed to file the additional documents as additional evidence.

4. Interlocutory Application No.3 of 2020 has been filed seeking leave of the Court to maintain the present Appeal as the appellant was not a party to the suit in the Court below.

5. Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2022 has been filed for condoning the delay of 694 days for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.7.

6. Interlocutory Application No.2 of 2022 has been filed to set-aside the abatement against respondent no.7.

7. Interlocutory Application No.3 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the

legal representatives of respondent no.9 by impleading them as respondents no.19 to

22.

8. Interlocutory Application No.4 of 2022 has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.7 by impleading them as respondents no.15 to

18.

9. It appears that respondents no.3 and 5 have not been served as the notices have been returned un-served.

10. Even learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 has not been served copies of the Interlocutory Applications.

11. Learned counsel for the appellant states that respondent no.1 has died without leaving any legal representative or heir.

12. Having considered the matter, let notices be issued in the main Appeal as well as in all the Interlocutory Applications to respondents no.3 and 5. Copy of the same be also served on learned counsel representing respondent no.1. Further, let notices in the main appeal as well as the Interlocutory Applications be served to the proposed heirs of respondents no.7 and 9.

13. As prayed for by learned counsel for the appellant, permission is granted for personal service. Let the same be done and proof of service filed within three weeks and the matter be listed on 21.03.2022.

14. In the meantime, there shall be stay of all further proceedings before the

Court below. Learned counsel for the appellant is at liberty to bring further materials on record, if any, by then.
