                SECOND APPEAL No.292 of 2021

JUDGMENT:

Since I.A.No.3 of 2021 is allowed permitting the appellant

and the respondent to enter into compromise in terms of the

compromise document dated 15.07.2021 filed in S.A.No.277 of

2021, this second appeal is dismissed. No costs.

2. Registry shall issue certified copy of this judgment along

with certified copy of the joint compromise document dated

15.07.2021 filed in S.A.No.277 of 2021.

3. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, stand closed.
