                          It is stated by Mr. Srinivasa Rao Vutla,
                   learned     counsel     for   the    3rd   respondent-

Insurance Company, that an appeal vide M.A.C.M.A.(SR) No.10833 of 2006 was filed against the award in the O.P. that arose out of the same accident and therefore, the same may be tagged on with the present appeal, so that the matters can be disposed of together. It is also stated by him that the issues are covered by a judgment of the Full Bench of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in A.P.S.R.T.C. rep. by its General manager, Musheerabad, Hyderabad Vs. B. Kanaka Ratnabai, reported in 2013 (1) ALT 727. Considering the aforesaid submission, list this case after two weeks along with M.A.C.M.A.(SR) No.10833 of 2006 under the same caption.
