the operation of the judgment and decree passed in 0.S.No.386 of 2012
dt : 20-3-2019 on the file of XI District Judge, Tenali, pending disposal of
A.S.No. 811 of 2019 on the file of the High Court.

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds
filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 29-01-2020 and 11-02-2021
made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivasa Rao. Mdiraju,
