circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may
be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance of Decree and Judgment dt. 13-
03-2020 in A.S No.65 of 2013 on the file of V Additional District Judge, at Tirupati
pending disposal of SA No.279 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. --

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI HARINATH REDDY
SOMA Advocate for the Appellant, the Court made the following --

ORDER:

"Heard. In the circumstances, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of decree and judgment dated 13.3.2020 in A.S.No.65 of 2073 on the file of learned V Additional District Judge, at Tirupati, until further order, subject to the petitioner depositing the suit costs to the credit of the suit, within a period of six weeks from this day, and notice". --
