                          This    interlocutory     application      is   filed   for
                   extension of interim orders dated 26.07.2021 passed
                   in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.62 of 2020.

                          Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
                   this petiton has become infructuous as the petitioner
                   had already surrendered before the jail authorities.

                          Accordingly,     this   petition    is    dismissed      as
                   infructuous.

                          This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on
                   bail by suspending the sentence imposed in the
                   judgment dated 26.11.2019 passed in S.C.No.146 of
                   2015 on the file of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court,
                   Vijayawada.

                          Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
                   by order dated 13.07.2021, this Court has granted
                   interim bail to the petitioner which is complied with.
                   He submits that the petitioner was released on bail on
                   29.07.2021       and   the     medical    experts      suggested
                   multiple      surgeries,   whereas       the    petitioner     has
                   undergone one surgery on 09.08.2021. Thereafter the
                   petitioner surrendered before the jail authorities on
                   16.08.2021. Learned counsel further submits that the
                   petitioner has to undergo two more surgeries as
                   advised by the Doctors, as such he may be granted
                   interim bail for two months.

                          Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not
                   dispute the above submissions of learned counsel for
                   the petitioner.

                          Taking into consideration the health condition of
 the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to grant
interim bail to the petitioner for two months.

     Hence, the petitioner/A1 shall be enlarged on
bail for a period of two months i.e. from 10:00 A.M. on
26.08.2021

to 26.10.2021, onhis executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

The petitioner/A1 shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Rajahmundy on 27.10.2021.
