- NCLT & NCLAT Matters
- Civil Disputes & Commercial Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years PQE
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to handle independent appearances before Courts/Tribunals
- Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws
- Ability to manage matters independently and assist in litigation strategy
- Candidates with prior litigation chamber/law firm experience will be preferred
