Revenue Code of 2006, pending in the court of Additional Commissioner Devi Patan Mandal Gonda, in the interest of justice." 2. Considering the prayer made, present petition is disposed off directing the authority/Court concerned to decide the aforesaid appeal in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
