2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the case no. 16725 / 2025 Computer case no. T 202504710516715 Under section 24 U.P. Revenue Code Act 2006 Bholanath Versus Motilal and others expeditiously in accordance with law memo of case is being annexed as Annexure no. 1 to this petition."

3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
