1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yogesh Kumar Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel.

2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"i. Issue a order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 1 to finalize/ Decide the Restoration Application dated 01-08-2024 as in Suit No.04358/2023 Computer Suit No.T202102570204358 under section 24 UP Revenue Code, Case Style-Pyare Lal Alias Ram Pyare VS Gaun Sabha and others Within stipulated period, which is pending Since August 2024 (contained as annexure No.1&3) Within a shortest stipulated period."

3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the abovesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
