HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J.
Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Shukla holding brief of Sri Aman Kumar Shrivastav learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the State.
Learned Standing counsel for the State respondent has provided a copy of the written instructions for perusal of the Court which is taken on record.
It is stated by learned Standing counsel for the State respondent that the instant petition has been preferred seeking direction to decide the restoration application and the same has already been decided on 11.03.2026 and a copy of the same has been annexed with the written instructions.
The Court has considered the same and finds that the relief prayed for has become redundant, in as much as, in para-18 of the petition, it was indicated that the next date fixed was 11.03.2026 and the order passed by the Consolidation Officer which has been provided to the Court is also of the like date.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required.
The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
