1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a order to direct to the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Court No.3, Gorakhpur to decide the stay application in civil appeal no.38 of 2025 (Ramnayan and others Vs. Smt. Sushila Mishra and others), pending before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Court No.3, Gorakhpur, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court till disposal of stay application restrained the respondents/defendants not create third party right in the disputed land."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above-mentioned stay application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.

4. Since the above-mentioned stay application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Court No.3, Gorakhpur to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
