1. Heard the counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.

2. It is informed by the counsel for the parties that the parties have settled their dispute amicably by way of compromised deed which has been verified by the trial court and the verification report is on record as Annexure no.1 to the supplementary affidavit which is taken on record.

3. In view of the said verification and in view of the law as explained in the case of Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another; (2012) 10 SCC 303, the entire proceedings of the Case No.87667 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.218 of 2022 under sections 420, 494, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Ashiyana, District Lucknow are quashed.

4. The application stands allowed.
