2. The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus directing the opposite parties no. 2 & 3 to decide the application of the petitioner in Case No. 3367/2024 (Jana Small Finance Bank Vs. Anuj Kumar Verma) under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 which is pending consideration.

3.Learned Standing Counsel says that 05.07.2025 is the date fixed for passing orders on the application under Section 14 of the S.A.R.F.A.E.S.I. Act, 2002.

4. Let the opposite party no. 3 dispose of the said application keeping in mind recent judgments dated 25.10.2024 passed in Writ C No. 8867 of 2024 (Bank of Baroda Vs. State of U.P. and 8 others) and 14.11.2024 passed in Writ C No. 9723 of 2024 (Pnb Housing Finance Ltd. Lko. vs. State of U.P. and others). If nothing happens within six weeks, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Court again.

5. The writ petition is accordinglydisposed of.
