1. Heard Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma, the learned counsel for applicants, the learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party-1 and Mr. Vishesh Kumar, the learned counsel representing first informant-opposite party-2.

2. Perused the record.

3. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Vishesh Kumar, the learned counsel representing first informant-opposite party-2 submits that applicants have already been convicted and sentenced by Court below, vide judgment and order dated 28.03.2025. As such, the present application has been rendered infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for applicants does not dispute the submission urged by the learned counsel representing first informant-opposite party-2.

5. In view of above, the present application is, accordingly, dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
