1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite partis No.2 to 5 to ensure the release of the Gata No. 323Ga/0.2940 hectare, is recorded as Jungle-Bush in revenue records situate at Village Askaranpur, Pargana- Pashchimrath Tehsil Bikapur, District- Ayodhya which belong to Gaon Sabha land which belong to Gaon Sabha land, the opposite party No. 6 to 11 in the light of judgment and order reported in (2001) 6 SCC 496 "Hinch Lal Tiwari Versus Kamla Devi and others."

2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated.

3. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the said proceedings within the time prescribed under statute.
