1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. It is undisputed between the parties that present controversy went up to Supreme Court and set at rest in judgment dated 19.05.2023 passed in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 4722 of 2021 (Union of India & Anr. Vs. M. Siddaraj). Complying the order of Apex Court, State Government has issued order dated 12.06.2024 extending relief so prayed to all concerned employees.
3. Under such facts, writ petition is disposed of in terms of Government Order dated 12.06.2024.
4. Concerned-Respondent is directed to extend the benefits of Government Order dated 12.06.2024 to the petitioner, maximum within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
