Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in the matter of Umesh Chandra Sharma and another vs. State of U.P. & others passed in Writ- A No. 9139 of 2024, which was allowed vide order dated 22.08.2024, therefore, this petition may also be allowed on the same terms and conditions.

Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has not disputed the aforesaid facts and fairly conceded that the matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in the case of Umesh Chandra Sharma (Supra).

Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed in terms of order dated 22.08.2024 passed in Writ- A No. 9139 of 2024.
