1. Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Sri Udai Shankar Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.5.

2. The present special appeal is directed against judgment and order dated 25.7.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Civil Misc. Writ (A) No. 10859 of 2024 Smt. Janki Devi vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others.

3. The writ petition filed by the appellant was rejected on the ground that the complaint filed by the petitioner appears to be motivated and the petitioner has no locus to maintain.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

5. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
