1. Heard Shri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ankita Tripathi, learned AGA for State-respondent no.1.
2. Learned A.G.A. raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present application and submits that compromise which was signed is only signed by one party, whereas there are 11 other named accused persons, thus, compromise cannot be entered into in view of the Supreme Court judgment in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur & Ors. Vs. State of Gujarat & Anr,; reported in (2017) 9 SCC 641. Thus, he submits that application be dismissed on this ground only.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant expresses his inability to justify that why deed was signed by only two person that is the applicant and the complainant.
4. Thus, no interference is required and the application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
