1. Heard Sri Saurabh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mahabir Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the present case, there is no dispute in decretal amount, therefore, paragraph 6 (ii) of the order and judgment dated 2.4.2024 may be deleted for which Sri Mahabir Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, paragraph 6(ii) of order and judgment dated 2.4.2024 stands deleted and modification application is allowed.
