1. The present appeal has been filed seeking following relief:

"The relief sought by this First Appeal is to allow this appeal throughout costs and set aside the judgment dated 20.12.2021 and decree dated 24.12.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur in Petition No. 83 of 2020 (Praveen Kumar Pathak Vs. Smt. Shilpi Pathak) whereby the divorce petition filed by the petitioner/appellant under Section 13(1)(ii), Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to dissolve the marriage has been dismissed."

3. The present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
