1. Heard Learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for State.

2. This petition has been filed for praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 196 of 2024, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354, 395, 504, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Hathras Junction, District- Hathras.

3. Before, statutory period of investigation and submission of charge-sheet has expired, the petitioner has rushed to this Court making allegation that fair investigation is not being conducted.

4. The petitions is disposed of with the direction that investigation in this case shall be concluded within the statutory period. It shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances, in case it is not concluded as per the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri VasuVs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
