1. This first appeal arises out of the judgment and order passed by the Family Court in case under Section 13(i)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. On the matter being filed, the same was referred for mediation before the Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. During the mediation proceedings, the parties have entered into a settlement which has been certified by the Mediation Centre and the Advocate mediators. A copy of the same is available on record.

3. Counsel for the parties are not at issue that all the conditions of the settlement dated 14.5.2024 have already been complied with by the parties.

4. Under the circumstances, the first appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 14.5.2024, which terms shall form the part of this order.
