1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I is present, who has been heard.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant Angan Lal against the judgment and order dated 31.08.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Court No.1, Pilibhit in Sessions Trial No.180 of 2006, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit.

3. As per office report dated 28.02.2024, a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 10.01.2024 informed that the appellant - Angan Lal has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

5. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
