3. Sri Ajay Singh, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

4. The present appeal has been filed by the appellantSanna against the judgment and order dated 20.08.1983 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr in Sessions Trial No. 356 of 1982, 418 of 1982, 419 of 1982 and 420 of 1982, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr.

5. As per office report dated 06.05.2022 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 04.12.2021 informed that the appellant -Sanna has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

6. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
