1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No.0128 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 354, 506, 376-D, 323, 147, 307 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kurh Fatehgarh, District Sambhal.

3. The First Information Report in question was lodged on 07.12.2022 and investigation has not been completed till date.

4. The petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer of this case to conclude the investigation against the petitioner within a period of 60 days. In case, the same is not completed, the petitioner may take recourse provided by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
