1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present, who has been heard.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants, namely, Raja Ram, Ramzan & Inam against the judgment and order dated 13.05.1983 passed by Special Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffar Nagar in Sessions Trial No.114 of 1980, Police Station Titavi, District Muzaffar Nagar.

3. As per office report dated 03.05.2023, a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellants in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 27.07.2021 informed that the appellants- namely, Raja Ram, Ramzan & Inam have died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

5. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
