1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Shashi Kant Pandey, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant- Gauri Shankar against the judgment and order dated 14.08.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Mahoba in Sessions Trial No. 240/2005, Police Station Sri Nagar, District Mahoba.

3. As per office report dated 13.03.2024 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 18.01.2024 informed that the appellant- Gauri Shankar has died on 16.06.2022. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

5. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
