The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing of the impugned common judgment/order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the respondent no. 1/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lucknow in case no. 0078/2020, computerized case no. 20205308-15000078 & case no. 0082/2020, computerized case no. 2020530815000082 under Section 48(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the Act, 1953) titled as 'Ramrani alias Neelam vs. Sher Bahadur' and for quashing of the impugned judgment and order dated 13.03.2012 passed by respondent no. 2/Consolidation Officer, Sadar Second Bahraich in case no. 27/2011/2012 titled as 'Ramrani vs. Urmila' filed under Section 9A(2) of the Act, 1953.

Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ashish Raman Mishra, learned counsel for the caveator (respondent no. 3) have raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner had moved an impleadment application along with objection against the objections preferred by the respondents under Section 9A(2) of the Act, 1953 after publication of the notification under Section 52 of the Act, 1953 which is barred by Sections 11, 27 & 49 of the Act, 1953 as prior to the notification/publication under Section 52, the petitioner had not initiated any proceedings.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as dismissed as withdrawn.

As prayed, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
