Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been granted bail in the following five cases:

(i) Case Crime No.02 of 2022, under Sections 380, 457 I.P.C., Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar.

(ii) Case Crime No.325 of 2022, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar.

(iii) Case Crime No.327 of 2022, under Sections 414, 465, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar.

(iv) Case Crime No.384 of 2022, under Section 414 I.P.C., Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar.

(v) Case Crime No.151 of 2023, under Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar.

However, the applicant could not produce separate sureties in all the cases. Learned counsel for the applicant has relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Hari Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikki vs. State of UP in SLP Crl. Appeal No.8914-8915 of 2018 decided on 29.10.2018, wherein the Apex Court has held that common sureties in number of cases of the same accused will hold good.

In view of above, the present application is disposed of directing the court concerned to accept personal bond of Rs.20,000/- from the applicant in each case and the two sureties of like amount will be valid in the aforesaid five cases for the purpose of enlargement of the applicant on bail.
