1. Heard learned counsel for parties.

2. This writ petition preferred by the petitioner-State of U.P. and its authorities is directed against judgment and order dated 06.08.2015 passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as "Tribunal") in Claim Petition No. 469 of 2014, Prabhash Chandra Saxena versus State of U.P. and others.

3. Vide aforesaid judgment, the claim petition was allowed by the tribunal directing the respondent-petitioners to give the benefit of revised pay to the claimant-respondent following the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.236 (S/B) of 2013, Ashok Kanojia Vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 28.1.2014. Against the aforesaid judgment, the Special Leave Petition filed by the State of U.P. has also been dismissed. The said judgment has been considered in Narottam Kumar Agarwal Vs. State of U.P. and others, (2014(4) ESC 2237 (All) (DB(LB). Of late, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has considered all the aforementioned judgments in Special Appeal Defective No. 843 of 2023, State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Rural Engineering Deptt. U.P. Govt. Civil Secrt. Lko. and Others versus Satya Prakash Gupta decided on 30.11.2023.

4. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid legal proposition.

5. Be that as it may, we do not find any manifest error or error apparent on the face of record warranting interference.

6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated
