Learned standing counsel for the State submits that the order dated 14.01.2020 has been complied with, as the order has been passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Ayush on 15.10.2020 while considering the ratio of the judgment of Dr Amrendra Narayan Srivastava. He further submits that if the petitioner has any grievance, still remain to be adjudicated, he may challenge the order dated 15.10.2020.

In view of the aforesaid statement of counsel for the State, the contempt notice are discharged.

The contempt petitions is dismissed.
