1. Heard Sri Shiv Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
2. When the petitioner's land bearing Plot No. 681 area 0.4960 hectare was acquired and she was given compensation, she prayed for an additional 6% of developed land in pursuance of the decision of Greater Noida Authority dated 18th February, 2006. In this regard, the petitioner has also represented on 7.03.2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that 6% developed land and 15% rehabilitation bonus in pursuance of the aforesaid decision of Greater Noida Authority, were not being given to petitioner.
4. Under the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction that respondent no.4 would consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 7.03.2023 in accordance with the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Ramesh Chandra Sharma & others vs. State of U.P. & others; 2023 SCC OnLine SC 162 expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
